I always order from this Domino's being I live in the area. My experience has been horrible and I have refrained from putting in a review because I too work in a restaurant as a Manager and l know exactly how it feels to be on the receiving end of a complaint. Although we don't get many. Tonight was the icing on the cake. It wasn't just the mistake that was made on many orders, this order, but the way the staff handled things. I was kept on hold for an hour. I had to hang up and call back. Then someone answers and proceeds to have me on hold for another half hour. I call back numerous times because instead of answering they are just answering and then immediately hang up. I literally called back 30 times. I ordered 3 pizza's and only needed one replaced. This has been a nightmare of an experience and if I owned or ran this store the entire staff would be fired! I refuse to return to this company for any reason. There is way to many pizza companies in my area with nicer employees. No need to waist my time paying for bad products and bad service. You should just shut this location down. The app said the order didn't go through but I ended up getting charged for the delivery fee today. I called this location to resolve it. When I asked for a refund I was immediately placed on hold without warning. A woman picked up the phone and said only a manager can perform a refund from a past day (???) and one wouldn't be in until 5pm today. I called them again at 530pm and asked for a manager. Again I was immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for about 5 minutes then decided to call back. I asked for a manager again and again I was placed on hold. The same woman from before then picked up the phone again and said the manager hasn't shown up and she doesn't know when they will and to call back later today or tomorrow. My bank account is overdrafted now due to this charge and if I don't resolve it by tonight I will receive an overdraft fee. They don't even seem willing to help or even care about the situation. Read moreI ordered a pizza that was never delivered. I had to drive after a busy day to ask in store if I would be refunded since the pizza never arrived. The employees immediately started screaming and shouting and placing blame on me for not answering my phone. I explained that I was working and called back immediately and the phone went to a dead line. They then told me someone said we don’t live there anymore, which is completely false and if the driver knocked on our door there would of been an answer since my partner was home all day. 2 employees continued to scream at me across the store and investigate and ask me to explain what I was doing all day if I’m only coming to check my order now, I explained I don’t need to recall my day for him as a customer. The female store manager laughed in my face, continuously shouted at me, interrupted me and gave the other employees who tried to help us another task to do so that they couldn’t.
