The service was excllent. I was in and out. The employees were happy help. The establishment was clean and pristine.
Now here is the issue, the food. I arrived as soon as they opened so I could try the chicken as fresh as possible.
I ordered the 3 piece meal. After getting my bag, my first warning was the lack of utensils or salt & pepper / hot sauce packets.
I get around to trying the bone in chicken. 2 of the pieces were dry. The breast piece was the only juicy one. I am sorry to say but this is the weakest chicken in the city. There is not any seasoning on the chicken at all. Lackluster birds.
The mashed potatoes are some of the worst I have ever had. The texture of gummy mush like semi-congealed microwaveable instant potatoes and the combination for the absolute lack of ANY flavor was trife. [If you know Supparay14k*] I swear they were trying to serve me some "goop scoop" as a sick joke :( The cole slaw was bearable but also overly sweet as a slaw in my opinion and too runny.
I would advise getting chicken elsewhere.

I normally don't have any issues but the other day I ordered 2 kids meals - 1 mac and cheese with potato wedge, and 1 chicken finger with mashed potatoes , I added on a side of baby gravy and one extra finger. When I got home I received 2 2 piece chicken finger meals with mash and one mac I was missing the wedge and the baby gravy. I walked back in a windy rain storm which caused my umbrella to break .. only to have the employee in the back catch an attitude about how it was correct and everything was there .. first things first the order wasn't even made right and you could see that the minute you looked in the box also why would I walk all the way back there in the rain if it was in the order in the first place? Just nasty customer service which is crazy when normally I have no complaints with this location. After waiting over an hour with a house full of hungry children, we called to find out what was going on. I spoke to someone who insisted our order had been picked up and would be here in 10 minutes. However, our Doordaash app was showing it had not been picked up yet. After waiting 10 minutes I called back again to say I had been lied to, the guy on the phone kept insisting it had been picked up and he didn't know where it was. At this time we got a text from a dasher that she was waiting to get the food but it was a Long line. So again, it clearly appears that Lee's employee was lying about the status of our food. We ended up needing to cancel the order completely and find a different option . Our children were very hungry and upset and this whole situation was incredibly frustrating. There should never be a reason to wait over 90 minutes for mediocre fast...
