Coldest beer I've had in a long time. That's about all the positives about this place. The lady that was working the counter was rude and nasty. I showed up and I let her know there would be about 15 people showing up. She completely jumped my case stating we should have called ahead and there's only her working and if we're not patient she'll make us leave. Firstly, I wasn't the one who planned it out, she was yelling at the wrong person. I had to tell her that multiple times in her tirade. Secondly, there were only 4 other people in the bar, 2 of which she appeared to be friends with, hanging out with them the whole time. The place was hardly busy. Maybe I know why now. When people showed up, one of them who doesn't drink anymore asked for a water. She rolled her eyes at him. I'd be happy to never come back...

I was not very pleased with my first time visit here I was the only African-American sitting at the bar and I got looked at funny when I walked in. everyone seems like they knew each other and they were very friendly like they were regulars but it seems to me I had to beg to get customer service just to take a drink for me. they didn't have any food and I think that if you have frequent presence on social media you should have posted on your social media that the kitchen was going to be closed. that was my main reason for even coming. I heard great reviews about the food there and that was my reason for going. What is there to say about Pilot Inn?

Yes, it is a bar. Many others here in other Google reviews have called it a 'dive bar'. I challenge you to think of it as so much more.

It is a place where people come together to meet. It is a place where those people become friends. And it is a place where friends belong.

An old school bar through and through, with great service (Thanks Jay!) great friends (shout out to Calvin!) and alcohol selection. I had Makers & Diet, but you're free to order whatever your heart desires.
