Potbelly — Restaurant in Norwood

I placed an order for a sandwich and picked what I wanted on it on line. I was told the other ingredients was added because that’s what it comes with even if I didn’t select it. I called the store to fix the problem and spoke with Vivian the store manager She was very rude and seem to take pleasure in not assisting me. I asked for the corporate number and she told me to find it on line matter of factly. I even offered to bring the sandwich back and have it made like I want and she still was not interested in helping me. I use to encourage my coworkers to try this place for lunch and even picked it up at times but this will be my last time dining in a place that does not try to assist the customer even when I offer to bring the sandwich back. Recently visited this location and had an OUTSTANDING experience. Matthew took care of us and it was our first time at a Potbelly restaurant. He was kind, took time to explain things to us and even offered to make me some hot peppers without olives. The customer service Matthew provided was second to none - that man deserves a promotion. The food quality was outstanding as well and overall I thought the prices aligned well with what they provided. I will be back to this location because of the customer service we received there and the delicious food we received. Matthew also gave us a free cookie for it being our first time visiting there. Ive been consuming Potbelly's since 2007. Between 2007-2010, i ate here 3 to 4 times a week, no joke. Large meatball, large chicken salad, large tuna with everything on it its awesome! Their cookies are actually very good too! Great hoagies Great Price, I love it WAY BETTER THAN SUBWAY OR PENN STATION!
