Service was slow. I had sat down to wait for my order. I was informed that more than half of my order was not available. I was asked is I wanted to substitute a variation, I did not. I was fine to wait. I was surprised the length of time it took to make the rest of the order. When I was told that the order was ready it wasn't. One item had been charged to my bill. I needed to quietly fine out which item I didn't have. Be of my Uncle is 85 years of age I take responsibility of everything I give. Your employee picked up some of the items and began to shake them to see what she was giving me. I didn't need that type of behavior, EVER! IT WAS A VERY TACKY PRESENTATION OF THAT PARTICULAR FACILITY . I had said hello before I gave my order, and the lady gave a blank ( l don't need to speak to you). A employee came up and needed a Cigarrette lighter, which she stopped and gave her while taking my order. When a lady to offer a drink while we waited, the employee wrongly said we did. That I correctly said we did not. I was at WENDY'S a day before that I will give AAAAA'S across the board for the Ridge Avenue location. Employee at the speaker stated I wasn't allowed to use the drive-thru and had to come inside. I asked why, as a customer, I couldn't use the drive-thru. He said no problem, come to the window.
At the window was his manager. She forcefully told me that because I placed a mobile order, and they were short staffed, she had every right to deny me use of the drive-thru. This was all said in an aggressive fashion, as if she were expecting me to fight back or something. I simply said ok, no problem, I'll park my car and come inside.
I made it clear both at the speaker and the window that I wasn't a delivery driver, in case there was confusion, but that didn't matter to them.
I go inside, and the employee at the counter goes "Are you a doordash driver" and for the third time I explain I am not, just a customer who placed a drive-thru order.
5 minutes later, I get my food, but no receipt. I ask the guy for one. He disappears, comes back a minute later and says 'all of our receipt printers are broken'. I say ok, no problem, and walk towards the exit.
Just before I reach the door, the lady manager calls out 'did you want my NAME or something?'.
I said 'no, i just wanted my receipt' and she goes OH.
Rude and unprofessional all around. Everyone before and after me was allowed to use the drive-thru. I left feedback through the Wendys site and requested follow-up contact, but nobody ever did, because...
Read more5/6/23 Absolutely horrible experience today at this location. If I could leave half a star, I would. I went thru the drive thru with my family. As soon as I said I needed 4 $5 biggie bags, the lady taking my order said ,"Come on man!" I said "are you serious?' she said that she wasn't talking to me and that she was talking to one of her coworkers which was an obvious lie. So I ordered and pulled around to the window. Sat and waited for some time before she even came to the window. She didn't say anything to me at all. Not when she handed me my food or took my money. Wasn't friendly whatsoever. I checked my bag before pulling away and saw that she just threw a bunch of sweet and sour sauce in the bag which none of us asked for that sauce. So I asked her if I could have some BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard and Siracha ketchup. She got an a attitude and said that if I had listened she had said over the speaker that they didn't have any BBQ or Siracha. Which was a complete lie because she said nothing of the sort. So she thrust a bunch of Honey Mustard sauce in my hands and closed her window... Horrible customer service on her end.
