We enjoy the food but I'm frustrated with the online ordering and pickup process. Sometimes the site doesn't work properly and you have to call in. Everytime I have come to get a pick up order they haven't started it. Why give me a time to pick up and never be ready!? I arrived 5 minutes later than my pickup today and the cashier couldn't "find" me at first and than said they didn't even make my order. Picking up is a real pain due to this and could ultimately be the reason we stop making the effort to support from San Rafael. On my last visit I ordered the wrap with fries on the side, had to wait for our food to be made when it was ordered online..when I got to my car I noticed the fries were not there and went back. I was treated rudely by the cashier who asked if I had left them in my car...NO, I brought the bag you gave me back in with my receipt which clearly states on the side. Why would I go through the trouble of bringing everything back to show I'm missing something to lie about fries...

We came through here on the way home from a funeral service. Nothing sounded good we saw. We decided to try Nick the Greek because it was different. Jacob helped us, and I felt like he was probably the owner. He certainly treated us like he was. He explained everything on the menu and made recommendations. It's a super simple menu and the food was fresh and fast. He brought out other stuff to try even. We were blown away how good it was too. It was a really hard day for my brother and I honestly with the funeral. This was a great way to end the night on a positive note. I don't normally do reviews, but this place earned it. We'll be trying the locations near us next. We didn't know they existed...
