IHOP — Restaurant in Novato

I was out in West Marin all damn day lookin for Speedly Bilgewater's Brahman Bull, Freightliner is his name...and he'll come to you when you call him, but you better have a hand full of carrots when he gets to you, or you'll meet your maker, that's for sure! Ol Speedly says he'll spot for dinner at the IHOP once we get Freightliner back where he belongs...and that's all I've been thinking about...because dinner at the HOP is always Amazing! Well, we finally got that slobbery beast loaded up and put away, no one got hurt but old man Grunwald out at the Pinkadoo Ranch had some fencing torn up from Freightliner trying to get to his cows. Man-O-Man the chicken dinner at the HOP was Spectacular! 5 stars all day...

We stopped at IHOP in Novato while traveling through. The initial impression was a clean restaurant. We were greeted quickly and sat at an open table. There were only a few other customers at the time, around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. A visit to the restroom was unpleasant, at best. My family had to use both bathrooms, both of which had a very strong sewer odor, as well as being unclean and lacking necessities, like toilet paper and paper towels. The staff is obviously allowing the bathrooms to go unattended. The food we were served was just fine. No complaints there. In my opinion, the store needs to invest in plumbing repair. The shouldn't be sewer smell venting into the bathroom. Which can then vent into...

I had the worst experience anyone can have in a place and more if a place to enjoy a meal. The reception in the place was good but the waitress who put us, of very bad Character, we finished eating with my friend and we wanted some dessert the waitress did not ask if we were offered something else I simply carry the Account, then we asked her the menu to see dessert options To what she took but I throw the menu practically in the Face, so strong that I spill the drink in my friend. I do not go to this place again and I do not recommend it, the manager was somewhat racist...
