Who knew buying something could be such a good experience during and every night to follow. In an especially pushy world with gullible people like me This is Mattress Firm Novato and this is my story....

So like many of us I finally decided F this pain all over my body, F you, you Sh*tty mattress. And headed online to shop for a mattress knowing I could most likely spend less money. Almost decided on Casper looking at reviews then remembered about a friend who told me about mattress firm novato.

I live i san rafael and we have one here but I checked onlinereviews and with the referral already from a friend I decided to take the extra 15 minute drive to Novato and glad I did.

So I came prepared. Water, snacks, and comfortable clothes because no salesperson was going to get the best of me like what happened the week prior with my motorcycle and years prior with my car. I knew my budget firm.

Walked in and met the women who was going to make me sleep well to well this morning so far (as I write this post). Ms. Hillary W!

Hillary, wasn't pushy, talked me through them, found me one discounted somehow really respecting my budget. She was excited for me, with me. i called her with questions. Rad experience. Ended up with a European King all memory foam for ONE! Actually what i wanted so it was cool. About to move so maybe didn't think about how big that thing was for moving but oh well if I ever find me a man I could find me 3 with the size of that bed.

I cannot say enough positive things about sales woman Diamond Roquemore at Mattress Firm!!! She was so awesome! I hadn't set foot in a mattress store in years (and years), so after seeing today's prices I was having second thoughts and was headed back toward the door. She had greeted me as soon as I first walked in but she was finishing up with another customer, so after I had scanned the whole floor I was hoping to sneak away. As I was leaving I made sure to say thank you, but she really wanted to know what I was looking for. I was concerned about spending too much money right now but she pulled me back in and we found something that really really works for me! She was professional & knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic about being on the journey with me as we were getting closer to the right bed, and she's a total sweetheart! I definitely thought she was a manager. I'm one of these people who hates getting swept up in clothing stores by sales people and never like to roam around by myself but I enjoyed chatting with Diamond as we were going over the paperwork, and honestly, I wanted to give her a big hug when I left (alas, Covid). My bed arrives in a few days and I'm so excited about it! She really was great and I plan on saying hi and checking in about the bed the next time I'm up at...

3 stars because we had major issues with the delivery portion of our purchase. I always dread mattress and car shopping. Somehow the two experiences have become very similar. My husband and I ordered a bed in a box online and it didn't work for us, so we decided to visit a couple of mattress stores to try some in person. This store was so great and our salesperson, Season, was extremely helpful. They asked a few questions and had us try out a few mattresses to get a snapshot of what we liked. In a very organized and helpful way, they whittled down our choices and we were able to find the perfect fit. They looked at our spine and hip alignment on the beds we tried, and had us use different pillows, it was all very cool and professional. When our mattress was delivered, it was wet and had to be taken back. Our mattress was also out of stock, so we had to wait for an additional week for the replacement. The store was kind and offered us a slight discount for our time and offered a temporary replacement bed, but honestly, the delivery part of this process has been a headache. I wish I had asked a lot more questions regarding stock and delivery process before making the purchase. It might have influenced my decision and I would have bought a...
