Starbucks — Restaurant in Novato

The staff at this Starbucks have always been very friendly and efficient. I like them.

The coffee drinks are, well, Starbucks. I usually order an Americano with an extra shot of espresso. It's well caffeinated and as dark as my soul. I took two photos to show you how black that coffee is. (Be sure to examine the close-up image. It's like staring into a dark chasm of wonder, with an uneasy hint of danger.) One day I may order an Americano with TWO extra shots. I mean, it's gotta be the next logical progression in my fascination with Americanos from Starbucks.

Specifically the management at this location does not have any respect for disabled people. They messed up my order. I told her (the manager who answered) that I was unable to get back in the store due to my disability, I have extreme trouble walking. I called and asked the manager If someone could bring the correct order right outside to me. Less than 20 feet away. She refused, so I asked if she could give me a refund over the phone. She refused that as well and rudely told me that in both cases I should come in the store, completely disregarding my disability. I called corporate, and they explained that this is not how they want their customers to be treated and refunded me promptly for my incorrect order. Thank...

I came here after reading reviews of folks being ignored. So I was searching for exactly that. Unfortunately, they recognized me as a customer and even asked what I would like. I hadn't been expecting to get called on, but I made up something on the spot. Coffee, black, in a cup. It worked. The food gets five stars, because coffee isn't really food (is it?). The atmosphere gets four because it's a Starbucks - what are you expecting? And the service gets five because they did exactly what a normal business does, even if you go in expecting to...
