On Sunday May 29th at approximately 2050 hours I arrived to in n out drive through in Novato, CA. At this time I had also made my order at 2100 hours for one cheeseburger add pickle no tomato grilled onions, a number one (1) styled the same as the 1st cheeseburger previously ordered, and a chocolate shake with a doctor pepper. In result, I should receive two cheeseburgers with pickle, grilled onion and no tomato.
At 2120 hours after arriving to the second window to physically receive my meal from the drive thru employee, they had given me both cheeseburgers with tomatoes in them. I asked for new burgers due to my request of not wanting them. In response the employee grabbed the tomato himself and pulled the tomatoes out, without wearing any gloves or the proper protective gear to keep our publics safety secured. It shall be noted that I had reminded the in n out employee that I wanted new burgers due to him not wearing gloves and if that is not possible then I would like my money back. In n out has failed to satisfy my order due to them feeling like they had to please other customers over my order. This is an incorrect issue I hope does not continue. This is teaching staff that being unsanitary and not getting orders right is the right way to do it.
My order number was 150 trans #...
Read moreI know this chain was the newest to enter in Marin almost 20 years ago, I have never understood the mass appeal of their overly simple and damn near tasteless menu, and yes I know about ordering off the secret menu. Ordering twice of much crappy food is not the answer. This is my opinion and I know most would disagree with it. I&O it seems like a decent place to eat, cleaner then most and has a restroom bigger then a phone booth and services more then 1person at a time in a place that accommodates 255 inside, and the staff is pleasant. The food is bland and I have yet to figure out why eating their gives me stomach issues. Butt it's only this one in the chain that consistently screws with my stomach. I honestly wish I could find a way to like In and Out because my significant other who doesn't eat meat will only go there if it's fast food. Very sad that we have to go to two separate places, to order our food in order to be able to...
Read moreFirst time at an In-N-Out and it was just as good as the reviews suggested it would be. The menu isn't anything complicated, and I think this works in its favor. There are burgers - double or single, with cheese or without - fries, and milkshakes - that's about it.
I got the double cheese burger and it was very tasty - I was impressed with the overall quality of the ingredients used; the meat and cheese was delicious, the lettuce and tomato was very fresh - it helped to make a simple meal all the better. I also tried their chocolate shake, which had a great flavour without being too sweet.
All in all, this place is popular for a reason - you can't expect much more from fast food. Definitely worth...
