I had been looking to improve connectivity in my older Nissan Altima, but since I had the Bose Premium sound system, I knew installation might be tricky. I found a compatible radio, and I thought I’d drop by Quality Sound Car in Novato to see if they could help me.

When I pulled up Aharon was working on another car but greeted me and said he’d be right with me. He was pleasant and professional and said he could install it on the spot. I was impressed that he could get to it so quickly as I expected to wait at least a few days. He even offered to give me a ride home in his personal vehicle and pick me up when the job was finished.

During the installation he ran into an issue with the backup camera and called me with possible options. We could use the original camera or install the one that came with the car. He was upfront and even sent me pictures of how the existing camera image looked. We decided to go with the original camera as it was easier in the long run with the option of upgrading in the future if we needed to.

After a few hours he called and said it was finished. He drove my car over to my home to pick me up so I could fiddle around with the new radio on the way back. The radio works well, looks great and while I’m still learning how to operate it correctly it will surely meet all of my needs.
