I was very disappointed with my customer service experience. I first emailed for an appointment as advised on the website, but never received a response. I then went to the store, waited as I had no appointment, but was finally able to speak with a salesperson. The bathroom tile choices, prices and warehouse pickup were great. However when we got to installing the tile I was advised that I did not have any edge pieces. I was never told by the Salesperson that I should purchase edge (bullnose) pieces. I called the Salesperson, Sophie, first thing in the am and did not receive a return call. I emailed her and heard nothing. I then called again and was able to speak with her. She advised me of a couple of ideas and said she would check on the finishes and prices and call me right back - I heard nothing for five days and at that point I had already...

Great store and show room! I needed to get some counter caulking and epoxy for a granite counter top I directed to the warehouse and met Ben I could not have been happier! Ben knew everything about the products as well as tips on using them Ben was very helpful and very patient I give Ben 5 stars *!
