Came in there today order two drinks one of them was made wrong so I asked the guy if he can just add espresso to it and he got super upset that I had asked him to make my drink the way I ordered it started slamming things super hard because he was adding espresso to my drink. And the young girl who was making my food, didn’t warm up the food and there was a piece missing from the pastry which whatever no big deal I just threw it away because it just didn’t seem right to me but super unprofessional I will never go back there again made me feel, like if I had done something wrong by asking them to fix what I ordered I hope the manager will have a talk with their employees.

I really like this starbucks. Manager here is super nice and polite and remembers everyones name :) everyone there in general are very smiling and nice to talk to. Good coffee good vibe!

Would give a 6/5 if I could. I am a huge fan of good customer service. I come to this starbucks almost everyday, id say i get my drink exactly how i like it about 98% of the time. At the time I started going to this starbucks, i was truly done with not being able to get my drink the way i like it from other Starbucks. I happen to be pretty picky about how i get my coffee so being able to finally have a starbucks i can trust feels amazing. Not only that, a majority of the team learned my name and how i liked my drink and consistently made it right within a week. Big shoutout to Sam the manager for creating such a great team and the staff for being so well managed, friendly, and for caring so much...

ALWAYS CHECK THE BARISTA. I went there this morning and had a full crew just full of talking slow teens, 2 of the girls were super super slow and just talking to customers and looked clueless and the guy was working by himself all over the place giving me nasty looks. When I ask where my drink is they said that they literally threw it away and didn't remake it until I asked for my drink. And when I was asking the guy was looking at me rudely and giving me a harsh tone. The ignorance there is horrible, the only barista that I know will get my drink done quick and easy is Miles 👌 good guy. As a regular I'm very disappointed and will not come as often until I see...

Was not happy. This particular branch is disorganized & lacking any system. Pre-ordered via App. Was there on time but, they didn't have my plain black coffee ready. My breakfast was getting cold, I got upset & wanted to cancel order & girl gives me $4 gift card because I had to line up for a refund. I wasted precious time from where I had to be. I honestly just stopped with the argument before I became totally sarcastic and took the order/gift card and left.... second time experiencing this failure to prepare a complete preorder in a timely fashion in this particular venue.
