Today Is March 31st after visiting the Rohnert Park Flipside location & browsing over 30 minutes being extremely busy this my first time visiting your location in Novato & meeting a extremely friendly manager smiling & around 1:30pm I had a gentleman @ the register that made me feel very welcome 🙏 I definitely believe service was above expectations & it was definitely worth the trip I live in Cotati I was very satisfied & it was a wonderful...

Hiking through, I needed a tent thermos and sleeping bag after mine was stolen. I found a tent and after asking to put it up and seeing it was defective, I informed them I'd see if they had more before I purchased that one. However while I looked for another, they sold it out from under me to another customer. I decided to go to a camping store instead of a business who practices shady dealings.
