A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Novi

The service here was awful. I work with a wonderful young man who is learning to be more independent. We have been practicing ordering food and eating out. The woman we ordered from refused to look at him as he was ordering and only spoke to me. She rolled her eyes through the entire process of him counting out money, and tried to hand me HIS change (I basically am there for moral support and not involved in the ordering process unless he needs help). When we sat down with his order, he realized he they didn't give him what he asked for, so we had to go back to the counter to correct our order. Not only the woman who took our order, but also the manager rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed, we're very rude, and made us both feel uncomfortable and our needs unimportant. THE WORST A&W I have ever been to!! Placed my order yesterday, waited over 15 minutes all the while having to listen to the OWNER yell at customers because their food was taking forever to be served and cold when received. Screaming profanities at an elderly woman who simply asked when her food would be ready. Screaming at me because HIS employees are lazy and threw my chili cheese fries in the bag sideways spilling them all over the bag and all over my burger which by the way had RAW bacon on it all the while verbally attacking my company because he doesn’t possess the life skills to deal with the public!!! The worst owner of an establishment I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with!! @A&W, you should really consider disenfranchising the 12 Oaks...

My experience at this A&W twelve oaks novi location was horrible and an insult to the customers.Not only was the food disgusting—I was served a cold patty on a cold bun, with equally poor-quality fries and onion rings—but the customer service was insulting. The location is stingy, substituting a simple fountain drink with an $0.08 bottle of water and refusing a standard swap of fries for onion rings without an extra charge. Furthermore, their staff was unacceptably stingy with napkins, a basic necessity for fast food. Save your money and avoid this Twelve Oaks Novi location...
