IMPORTANT: HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE! Went with a friend today for our second time, as the first time we went we enjoyed it and really loved the atmosphere and the pina-cool-adas. However, today we went and along with our Pina coladas, we bought the chicken and waffles. We didn't realize how much they cost until after it was ordered, as the prices are not clearly listed on the menu. It was $20 for a single serving of one very soggy waffle with a few pieces of what seemed like frozen chicken strips. There is a no refunds or returns sign at the register. However, the most important thing to note is that the waffle has banana in it, which I had no way of knowing until I ate it, as the menu has no descriptions on it, and I had no reason to expect banana in my chicken and waffles. I am slightly allergic to bananas as they give me a stomach ache, which I have right now as I type this, because they didn't inform me there were bananas in the waffle. I'm fortunate that this is a minor allergy for me, but I encourage people to be careful and double check before they order. I was in price SHOCK. $20 for your smallest size milk shake?! I should’ve changed my order (I was literally in shock and wasn't thinking clearly which is my fault), but was like, maybe it’s a really good shake. --Unfortunately I was wrong. The milk shake it self was very poor quality. The toppings, including some piece of cake were dry and flavorless.

I was trying to avoid leaving a review, by emailing you (twice), but I wasn't getting any response. I’ve shopped at your place before when you were at the other location for a smoothie and that was fairly priced and good. This milk shake though was absolutely not worth the money. I would normally go back to try your other items (and make sure I get a price, as I noticed everything had a price on the menu except the shake) because I appreciate this store of restaurant/cafe, but I am dissapointed in your lack of response.
