Incredible Burger — Restaurant in Novi

On 11/30/2024 was my first time trying food. I got a burger, fries and drink, and I paid $18.41, which I feel their prices are too high. All their burgers are sold separately, just for my burger it was around $12. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait but my food was quick. Burger was okay and not worth the high price. They gave me cold old fries and when I asked for hot fries, I was told it was my fault the fries were cold because I took to long picking up my food. I swung by the food court to grab a quick bite to eat and I saw incredible Burger which I'd never had before. I ordered a double patty flaming hot burger with bacon along with a Coke and fries. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the burger was. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and the burger was cooked very well. The fries were a little salty but were nicely done. Great to have a good quality halal place to eat in the mall. The quality of beef was good which was my number one priority. I’ve had it twice and both times has been good. Be warned- they don’t do free refills on their fountain drinks so they wanted to charge $2 for a refill. That seems odd especially when places like Sbarro’s next door do free refills. I’d suggest they up the price a few cents and offer free refills...
