Man, this place just gets more and more sad every time I visit. Last Friday I was there for a little chicken treat, and everything was so incredibly lacking in both flavor and texture I could barely get through half the plate. The noodles seemed like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours and had absolutely no vegetables in them as they used to. No cabbage, onions or carrots. The bourbon chicken tasted ok but seemed like some unusual shortcuts were taken, I don’t expect high quality meat here but the trick to serving low quality meat is to cook it long enough to soften the gristle. The sesame chicken was also homogeneous and dry. No difference between the breading and the chicken. No sauce. I just need to resolve to never go here again and to try to prepare these dishes on my own. Hope things...
