First time ordering from this Domino's restaurant. The man who took the order said that he or someone else would be delivering but I would "receive a call when the driver was on the way" so I could meet the driver at the security door. That's not what happened. {While on the phone, he asked for my Apt number - I told him that wasn't necessary because I would be meeting the driver at the outer locked door, however, he insisted that I give him my apt number stating it's necessary to complete the order.} There was NO call and the man showed up inside the building knocking at my door. (NO CALL) Upon seeing the pizza man at my door, I hesitantly opened the door and he immediately shouted my name so loudly (it was after 11pm) he awakened a neighbor! The whole experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, disrespectful and downright weird. Just another breach of personal security and peace of mind. I'll find out the facts today of how he was able to gain entry into the building. FYI: Just because someone is wearing a company uniform and a pizza box doesn't mean anything. He obviously enjoys how easy it is to gain access to a building wearing that get up. In today's world? it's unacceptable behavior. THANKS BUT NO THANKS DOMINO'S The pizza was mediocre at best which certainly didn't help. IF $20 for the pizza is returned to me without further incident, I will remove this review. *BTW: I have to move to another Apt as a direct result of Domino's employee's...
Read moremy co-worker and I ordered online, we really thought that watching the process take place online was pretty cool until it got to the quality check part! and boom we noticed that the quality check took so long that we just knew that the quality check were the employees actually eating our food. Now we sit here with sad faces wondering how we become quality check employees for Dominos cause we are still hungry! SSSSSSSSSSSoooooooooooooooo HHHHHHHHHHunnggrryyyyyyyyyyyy... Oh and i think you should put the delivery drivers info on an app (like uber) so i can see the face of the man/woman bringing me my food and if he has pasta reminents on his face from the quality checks! and so i could call him or her and let him or her know i ammmm hunnggrryyyyyyy.......Day 14 we ordered another carry out and we asked for our driver to ring door bell ( we dont have a door bell) the driver did exactly what he was asked to do and looked and looked for that dang door bell. we were pleased he made it in and we tipped our driver handsomely for his efforts......day 31 we are hungry once again and the secret password is "granny panties" lets see if our driver uses this!Day 31 1/2 driver did not say the password and i was upset! he still recieved a nice tip but next time i want the password spoken to our front desk girl the tip might even double maybe even triple! come on...
Read moreTonight, I ordered a pizza, bread and a Alfredo pasta bowl. I had no issue with the delivery guy. He was very kind. I opened my pasta bowl and to my surprise, it was completely dry with no sauce in it. The pizza was also poorly made. I was livid because I spent extra for the delivery fee and once I realized after almost 15 mins of holding on for a worker to come to the phone, I had to drive to the store to get this issue resolved. When I showed the “manager” my pasta bowl, he told me he doesn’t know how that happened. He never apologized. He told me that he would fix the order over. I asked if I could be compensated for having to drive or refunded the delivery fee and he declined. He stated that him making my pasta bowl over was me being compensated. He also accused me of eating the pasta bowl and said there is no way that they forgot to put sauce in the bowl. He then sarcastically asked “all you spent was $40 on food?” None of this makes sense and is completely unacceptable coming from someone that works to satisfy the needs of a buying costumer. Attached here are the photos of my food. I purposely took pics of the food to prevent false accusations. I hope something is...
