When trying to order a smoothie the screen to order was acting up. Over the monitor there is a sign that says if you're having trouble ask for help. There was a employee washing dishes near the front and I said excuse me. She turns around not even trying to hide being aggravated. And I said I need help the screens acting up.She tells me sternly to grab my receipt. It's right there and points. I tell her that is a canceled receipt. I need help please. She puts down her the dish and makes a loud sign noise and then comes to me with a aggravated facial expression, mind you I'm smiling because I'm not trying to escalate the situation. So when she turns and just says yes I just decide it's not for me and go to the Aiea location. I always have a great experience there instead. Beautiful store great selection but will not be going there anymore. I hope other people have a better interaction...

Down to Earth is located in Kapolei Commons.They are wheelchair accessible, no lines to get in, no temp check, face mask 😷 must be worn. (COVID guidelines still in effect)

I gave this store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. This store is the only place I know of on the Westside of Oahu, that offers a variety of vegan food. I go here to get vegan food for my brother. The people here are just so friendly, and always help out when I need things. The store is VERY clean, and the options for vegan food (whether it's hot/cold food) is always fresh. I shop So I pick up all of my brothers meals from here. This time, I picked up his lunch and dinner. (see pics) I even got him dessert!! All vegan!! We’re staying at a nearby resort and decided to try this deli instead of resort food—what a great choice! Ordering online was super easy, and we chose the delivery option which was delivered through Uber Eats.

Our two Mediterranean paninis (pesto, tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta and mozzarella cheese, spinach, and balsamic vinegar on focaccia bread) arrived piping hot after about 30 minutes. They were absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty—so much better than the resort options! They aren't huge sandwiches but aren't what I'd call small portions either. We’re glad we gave this place a try and would definitely order again....
