Came here on a Monday evening an hour before closing. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered the Kalbi, meat jun, and the Kalbi/bolgogi/ bbq chicken combo. Everything were delicious and tasty, except the meat jun. It was bland. The sauce that came with the meat jun was a watered down Kim chee based sauce. I tried it and didn’t think it went well with the meat jun. I requested a shoyu based sauce for the meat jun, which was a lot better. Because we were sharing the food family style, I requested another meat jun sauce so that 4 of us didn’t have the share the same dipping sauce. Lady questioned what I needed the 2nd sauce for and although she eventually brought it, seemed like she was annoyed. We were the only customers in the restaurant and should’ve been more polite in getting the sauce. In all fairness, though, this is the 3rd time we’ve dined here, and she’s always given us excellent service.
