McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

So, let me tell you a story about my visit to this place. I had deposited a check into my account, but it still wasn't showing up on my debit card. I ordered a number 5 combo meal. It was probably seven or eight dollars and my debit card would not work. So, she called the manager (I am assuming) over to tell him about the issue. I had no other way to pay for it. He looked at her and said, "or you could pay for it?". and she did. I promised myself right then and there I would not forget how nice that was of her, and I would pay her back. I was in the drive-thru a week or so ago and I saw her in the distance, I told the girl working the drive thru to get her attention, and I paid her back. She remembered me, and I was not going to forget her. Sometimes doing the nice thing does pay off. I mean she can't do that for everyone, so I guess I felt special. She obviously is a special person. Terrible just terrible. Sloppy quality, one register open while the line is crowding both doors. Slow, unorganized. Even though they take a long time to do a simple order, somehow the order still gets messed up. Staff are talking story, NO GLOVES AND TOUCHING MY FOOD! The food I ordered was 1 mcchicken and fries with ice cream. The sandwich looked disgusting. Mayo oozing out of sandwich, brown stale lettuce and the bun was crust on the outer layer. Fries were very soggy and sitting on the rack. EWW! And the ice cream was almost completely melted.As I was served 20 minutes later I asked to simply break a ten into 2 fives because I got a 10$ bill for change and was turned down. Attitudes with register lady. If 0 stars was an option I'd choose it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you want FAST FOOD, not like McDonald's is a FAST FOOD resturaunt...

I have to be honest. Some of the workers there take their jobs seriously. Some of them I don't know why they work there. It just depends what workers are on duty there. Sometimes, you have to wait FOREVER in drive thru because a manager is sitting on the wall smoking her cigarette- while the place is busy!! Some workers will just be sassy in drive thru. "Go ahead with your order!" You have some managers talking story, or busy yelling at an employee. (So very unprofessional!!- pull them to the side and talk to them) Sometimes, you can get Good service! Pleasant employees, managers working together with their employees. No wait times- (meaning No parking you because fries are still being cooked, or they can't find the lids for their McCafe cups!!) I can't give it a BAD rating, because SOME of the workers...
