McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

This McDonald's is terrible and we hate it! It has horrible service and unsympathetic, rude workers. We will never go there again because they suck!!! The last time we went there,June 24,2014 lunch time, we went through the drive through. The worker at the window said to park on the side since our food wasn't ready. There was no parking available. We waited in the car for over 15 minutes. Then my mom parked in between the handicap stalls. She went inside to check on our food. They said that they gave it to the wrong car. Another fifteen minutes passed. They finally gave her our food. That is a total of thirty minutes of waiting! We went through the drive through for a reason! When she got back to the car, she was issued a ticket of $260 for parking where she did. This wouldn't have happened if they were to give us our food when they were supposed to. My mom went back that same day and asked them to help pay for it, she felt that this wouldn't happen if she did not leave the car. A worker named Loyd made copies of the ticket.My mom called for 5 days straight, leaving messages until finally Loyd called back and said we should just go to court and fight it. She then asked them to write a letter explaining what happened. He said that they will do it. That was on July first. It has already been a week. So, that's why...

BEST ON ISLAND McDonald's has a 5% chance of getting 5 stars from me, but this one rocked it! The food was hot and perfectly prepared. Each patty was centered on the bun, and sauces evenly dispensed. The fries were cooked to the correct temperature in clean vegetable oil. The service was on par. The lobby was clean and maintained by a worker. I worked at McDonalds for 3 years as a teen, and recognize the perfection from this crew. You're experience will be different depending upon the time of day, crew and manager on duty....but this was a hit for me. Sustain!

The food was well prepared. It was nice to be able to sit and have someone bring us our order. The dining area was neat, but the table was dirty (i.e., our personal cleaning wipe was clearly black/soiled; good thing we used it). The order attendant was reasonably on top of their role. The men's room smelled filthy, the floor had obvious areas that needed mopping (i.e., around and under the urinal around the sink area), and the sink area needed to be wiped down. It was nice to hear classical music and Christmas music, however, but it...
