McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

This is one of the worst McDonalds ever...For real! I would go to another one if it wasn't all the way in Kapolei or Waianae. We live around the corner and my kids love Mcdonalds, so literally we go here all the time. So much so, that the staff who have worked there for a while know us and even commented why we don't own our own McDonald's since we go there on an average 5 days per week. Anyway, the ice cream is always broken, they get our order wrong more than they get it correct, the lines are almost always long in the drive through or they got one side conned off, 8 times out of 10 times they will park us even if there is no one behind us in the drive through (which I hate the most because then the drinks are watered down...I mean Hello we live in Nanakuli where it's hot and ice melts even when the ac is on) and then they take from 10 minutes to 45 minutes to bring your food out and instead of waiting to ensure that your order is correct they walk away leaving me to have to walk inside to get my order corrected (which...dah, if I wanted to do that I should have just gone in to order in the first place), the monitor at the drive through that shows what you ordered is rarely ever working and sometimes they don't even give you a total till you get to the window, and they have to train there staff better. I could go on, but I figure I name a few good things. Majority of the staff is nice. The place is nearly renovated. And it's convenient to where we live. But if your visiting Nanakuli from else where...go another McDonalds or eat Wendy's...

Well you actually need workers. Looks like they're enjoying their job I mean like really love to go to work and make money so they can live by their needs and wants instead you got rock face like all they looking at or waiting for his time to get off of work mind you they just started about an hour ago yeah cuz you see the commercial don't it look like a fun enjoyable inviting atmosphere and place that you want to go and take your children or your family well that's what you see on TV and when you get there in reality nope it makes you not even want to sit in there what a shame yeah so they need a little fine-tuning or I should say a lot of fine-tuning from the morning shift to the late night shift if I dare 24 hours the best part is when they close the doors all we as customers do you just drive through but then even then they mess up sometimes I just tripped out yeah and I thought about instead of here sitting here and just talking about it why don't I go put in an application and do something about it but you know what I'm way past my Prime been there done that so it's for the new next upcoming generation the ones that all carrying a rock face unreal I don't know what this world is coming to you need to look for love peace and happiness in their pockets oh well I guess it is what it is so Chow for now until next time a Hui ho malama Pono Hawaiian...

Ive have noticed lately for atnleast 5 months that when u order large fries that they put it only half full so it looks like they didnt have enough or gave u the last if it but it happens every time the kids noticed also so now we have to take the time to ask them can u please fill it to the top if u dont askbyou will end up with a small to medium fri inside your box thats is ment for a large fries if any one else noticed ? I must say im glad they still have plastic straws thats a pluss 😊 And no more barry tropical sprite too booo we loved it :( Im sad because they. Said they will no longer carry oatmeal cookies so what kind of cookies are for the ones who cant eat chocolate 🤔 But i love the morning greetings from the happy faces we see there on the regular from mc donolds in the drive 🚗threw they are all so sweet ❤💗 thanks ya all ive been going there 20...
