Nanding's Ensaymada...a soft, buttered pastry, is the size of the palm of your hand. This one though 😍is the Big Ensaymada!!!So, big that it almost missed the plate. Enjoy this delightful treat, freshly baked by 0430(4:30 a.m.), ready and waiting for you to bite into. The pandesals are light, crusty brown outside with a soft, springy inside. As in most places, Covid restrictions prevail, only 3 masked patrons are allowed at a time inside. The beautiful person taking orders is very helpful, quick, and is aware of all the items sold. (Their tuna bomb was not available at the time-0545😔) Have your trusty knife handy as they sell a selection of pandesal "palaman" or spreads/fillings such as Lady's Choice products and Star margarine, and cheeses. Along with that, wide choices of cold beverages are also available. Head on over, as the line picks up before 0600! You'll surely come out with a handful of delightful and delicious...

The Spanish bread at this establishment is absolutely amazing—truly a must-try that makes the trip worthwhile! However, I was a bit taken aback by the atmosphere upon entering. The lively chatter of the local tita’s filled the air, yet I couldn't help but notice some side-eye glances directed at me because I wanted to take pictures. While I understand the desire to maintain a certain ambiance, I was hoping to capture the experience so I could share it and encourage others to visit your fantastic bakery!

Despite the somewhat unfriendly environment, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Spanish bread—it absolutely stole the show! However, I believe the customer service could use some improvement to match the incredible quality of the food. Overall, I encourage fellow foodies to make the trip for the delicious bread, but I hope to see a warmer welcome on...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nanding’s Bakery📍Waipahu, Hawai‘i 🤙 Oh Mmmm Goodness! Onolicious 😋 Drooling once u walk in because da bakers are hard at work making the fresh Spanish rolls – my go-to every time! Da kine Spanish Rolls that melt in your mouth- I promise you!! 🤤 My Lola was stocking up on all da Pandesal for her coworkers while I had to sneak some Puto with Custard as my post-workout snack haha.

I gotta run back later for da Ube Cream Cheese Pandesal since they’re open from 4:30a–6p! Hoa, they stay bakin and makin da island foreva stocked with da baked goods.

Must visit this place whether u stay with your ohana or just visiting – stock up on these before you head to da beach!

Funny thing is… bread here is so good, I told my diet I kneaded a break 😂🍞
