Since i needed medication picked up at longs, the husband picked up dinner here. I just ordered online and when he finished picking up the meds, it was ready. Quick. Easy. The 16 pc.Honey BBQ boneless wings ($14.99) Mini Cinnabon’s ($8.99+ $1.99 two extra icing) Detroit Supreme Pizza ($15.99) and the Italian Meat Pasta ($11.99) with breadsticks. Good lunch.

Updated:03/20/2023 We ordered online, a small order today at 9:00 pm at out Wahiawa Pizza Hut. The Big New Yorker Pizza, 8pcs. Boneless Honey BBQ wings, plus a $7 mini NCAA 2023 promo basketball for our Chi Fox Terrier. We were looking forward to eating but it was a HUGE let down. The only happy one was our dog with his mini basketball, playing and bouncing all over creation. The pizza wasn’t hot but warm, and the Boneless Honey BBQ wings-disappointing. The sauce didn’t even come close to covering my chicken. 90% of the chicken was NAKED. Butt naked. I was literally scrapping every bit of the foil paper insert to get some sauce 🙁

I had a carry out order from this place last night, decided to get pizza for the whole family. I was told my order would be ready at 7:45 pm. I came back around 7:50 pm to the store and they said it hadn’t even started baking yet! They promptly started cooking it. When I took the food home, my wife & I both noticed the meat lovers pizza was horribly burnt (one slice was comparable to the texture of pita chips because of how hard it was, I’m not kidding), except for 2 slices that were softer yet unusually more oily than the rest. Also the chocolate donut bites were hard and overcooked. And last thing, the chicken wings appetizer felt cold even right after leaving the store. This was a very disappointing experience.

UPDATE: despite this unsatisfying dining experience, I was contacted by a representative from Pizza Hut who ensured that I would be provided store credit to make up for value the unsatisfying items I had ordered yesterday (not for the pepperoni pizza though, because that pizza was actually very good and I was happy with that item). A week ago Friday I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut Wahiawa, after a long day at work and sitting in traffic to get home. We placed our order at 6:24PM which came out to over $55 with tip. After waiting 45-min I called for a delivery update and was told the order was on its way. An hour later the order arrived. The pizzas were refrigerator cold, the cheese was rubbery, and the dough was like cardboard. I called and was routed to customer service who offered a $5 gift certificate for my inconvenience. I expressed that the offer was insulting. The representative connected me with the store manager who abruptly apologized and offered a refund. I accepted and the manager said it was done and hung up. A week later, still no refund credited back to us. I called customer service and was told a store manager would be in touch. We are still waiting. The professionalism, customer service, and quality of food is lacking at this location. We ended up tossing out most of the pizza because it was not edible once reheated.
