We have been to both of their other locations, both with good food, service, and time management.

However we tried their food truck for the first time today after my mother was craving one of their Hawaiian salads, only to have to wait over 20 minutes for the salad (there were 2 people before her and 3 after that got their food in that amount of time)

Only to receive it with 5 pieces of pineapple, no macadamia nuts, basically no coconut, and just over all not good at all.

So effectively she got some limp lettuce, a few pieces of coconut, a few pieces of pineapple and a sprinkle of cranberries with no pine nuts, and no layering. This salad is delicious, fast, and reasonable at their other locations, but their food truck seriously dropped the ball. Severely disappointing from seven brothers name.

(Edit: we went to their location by laie, and they hooked us UP. 4x the pineapple, 10x the coconut, they included the macadamia nuts this time, and doubled the dressing. Also had it out in less than 5 minutes with the place packed. Definitely sticking to the seven...

I had just escaped from jail and needed a quick bite. As I ran along the side of the highway, I spotted Seven Brothers tucked away and thought to myself, This is the perfect spot to hide! I quickly darted right and jumped behind the counter. The staff saw how worried I was, made me some food (which I paid for), and asked about my story.

I simply said, “That’s for another time,” and ate my meal.

When the police arrived, the staff was great at keeping me hidden. They stayed calm under pressure and remained composed throughout the entire visit. Once the coast was clear, they let me know it was safe to come out. They even helped me get a change of clothes so I wouldn’t have to wear an orange jumpsuit.

While I was changing, they brought me an OMC (Oreo Mint Chip) shake, which was delicious. I scarfed it down, but I knew I had to keep moving—the police were closing in.

As I stepped out the door, I turned back and said, “I wish you all a great afternoon and the rest of your lives. Remember, you never saw me.”

And with that, I was never seen again.
