Starbucks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

A customer was very rude in taking my order by mistake without reading the order label that was printed with my name on it....We both had the same first name but my last name initial was on it and i had a prove of receite and she didnt have one on her.....She was trying to claim my order of what was in the bag...simple thing to do was just take the time to read the label..after aguing for a couple of minutes i told her you must dont know how to read....took my order and left to smile back at her and said mahalo have a great holiday.... manager did nothing it was crowded like every early morning rush...people come in and out like stampedes...they just grab and go mo guilt at all...i know that there is phone orders... but the store really gotta have some security there especially when get bad traffic in starbucks....your management service sucks...she is not very friendly to all...She puck and choose who she like slide ti give free stuffs to...especially if she knows you personally.....C.E.O. office should hire some kind of undercover people or boss to check this out...Especially at night when its closing...they take all the pastries that cant sell on the shelves put them in trash bags than have there friends load up there car with free food and coffee stuffs....Please watch your employees...they all young and they take things in trash bags as a cover...

I came on 05/12/23 at exactly 7:45am and this place was PACKED. Roughly 30-40 people waiting for orders and more orders obviously flowing in with the amount of foot traffic moving through. There was a 25 min wait because of how many orders they were getting. I had no problem waiting. But something I noticed, EVERY single one of the staff members was working as fast as they could, the atmosphere was efficient and intense. They were moving as fast as I've seen anyone work. Every single staff member was kind courteous and apologetic of the wait to the ten's of people flowing in seemingly every 5 minutes but still moving insanely fast to get all of our orders done. I've never seen so many people in a coffee shop, it was like ALL of Waianae wanted coffee this morning😂 Thank you to each and every one of you for the hard work and seriously mad props to this whole team, everyone coming through for their coffee was obviously incredibly grateful and understanding for the team and how clearly they were communicating to everyone and how cool headed all of them were. I love this location. They go above and beyond and I just want to recognize this location for their quality of a team,the service they provide, an awesome overall atmosphere also the food and drink ALWAYS on point. We are frequent visitors multiple times a week. Today I changed my normal order and they remembered that I like light ice. My boyfriend didn't know to order it and they still gave me light ice. I'm impressed. This kind of care and attention to detail these days is rare. I pray for many blessings to come to this store, its team, and their family's. You made my day and you all work really hard to provide consistency and it doesn't go unnoticed! This must be a really busy location yet yall hold it together well. Love yall!
