this is my go to 7brew location, i’ve been coming here since it opened & i usually am a fan of this location. however recently, it’s been very hit or miss with the drinks. i ask for my blondie extra sweet every time, when i receive the drink it tastes horrible. it’s not getting leveled right when it’s being made, & it’s hardly sweetened at all and just doesn’t taste right.

i stopped by this morning for another extra sweet blondie, deciding to give this location another try. i kindly tried to explain to the girl taking my order that it has not been correctly made the past few times and if she could let them know. she proceeded to cut me off in the middle of me talking, & tells me i need to continue to finish out the transaction and to just taste it before i leave. again, the blondie still did not taste right. this could have 100% been avoided, had she just let them know that it’s not been made right the past few times i had been there. normally everyone at this location is very kind and helpful with a great attitude, however this was disappointing & not customer service friendly. becoming less & less fond of this location each & every...

Most of the time the drinks are delicious and properly made.The store is not near my house and I ordered a drink for my daughter, which was made incorrectly. 7 Brew Coffee's policy is if they make a mistake you have to bring the drink back to the location within 24 hours of the mistake otherwise you're out of luck. The manager, Delaney Chatman, showed no empathy and blamed it on the company's policy. When I brought back the now melted drink I asked for the manager's full name and if they were a franchise or corporate. I heard her in the background with an attitude asking, "If I really needed to see her?" Along with some other statements that I couldn't hear over the loud music. Extremely unprofessional attitude and ruined my experience. Just make sure to bring your messed up drink within 24 hours or you just paid for their mistake, it's not like they could just write your number down, that they type in every order, to make sure you aren't abusing the system, but yeah making the customer drive all the way back within 24 hours is a...
