Rosalita’s — Restaurant in O’Fallon

Fake accounts are posting bogus reviews like the immature children they are. Don’t know why. Rosalina’s has the best chips on this planet and we are eager to be the first to try this location WHEN it OPENS.

This is not yet open, y’all. The fake reviews are from spam accounts and I will continue to report them until they are taken down. I’m a business owner too, and I know how to fight jealous ignoramuses.

By the way, it is currently illegal to affect the business reputation of a person by way of “Libel”. This is called the Defamation Law as written: 28 US code 4101. Look it up. Free speech has limits. If the fake accounts affect the loss of profits of the business before it even opens, the owner has legal right by federal law to sue. Looks like some idiots want to be sued.

EDIT : They have painted the building, and one half of it is Harbor Freight! It seems Rosalita's will be going in beside it as the other half and both will exist in the space. Win / win! Neither building is open yet.

Thank goodness these restaurants are taking over these pop up junk Halloween places that probably just launder money. Hope these ugly reviews get removed and these 5stars help.
