Ordering from this restaurant is like playing Russian Roulette. There’s a slight chance you might get your food, the way you ordered it, on time. But the most likely scenario is that hours will go by with no pizza-tracker updates, no updates from the store and no way to even get a hold of anyone working inside the store. There you’ll be, 90 minutes after you ordered a pizza wondering where the hell it is. Apparently, Louis has been diligently preparing my pizza for an hour and a half and it’s still somehow not ready for the oven. If they’re that short-staffed or that behind on orders, there needs to be a disclaimer on the site stating as such. I would never in a million years willingly order food from a place that was at a two hour wait. The problem is they’ll never tell you what the wait it. It’s 33-44 minutes according to pizza-tracker every time. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here 2-2 1/2 hours later with no pizza. And I would have loved to cancel my order after an hour and a half. When it became apparent that I wasn’t getting my food. But I couldn’t. Because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the store. I love Dominos pizza but I’m so done with these charades. I’ll just cook Jack’s pizzas at home...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online at 550pm, got email saying my order was being prepared at 558pm and should arrive in 50min. An hour and 45min later I drove to the store, told him I wanted my delivery fee and tip refunded and really felt like almost 2h later I should be refunded completely AND I WAS... and sent away with zero food... so I was expected to pay for food that was an hour over my 50min quote time, and just sitting there when I got there (which means I'm sure it was cold) piss poor customer service (and I said before ordering I hadn't ordered from there in a long time, this is why!!! No accountability, 4 ppl in there working, I get that it gets busy, but the normal thing would be, be empathetic, contact your PAYING customer and say hey, we're running AN ENTIRE HOUR BEHIND, maybe I would've came and picked it up or cancelled it altogether, vs having a hungry family at home and STILL have to go elsewhere to feed them!!! 0 stars, you're better off buying a Red Baron and...

The website is easy to navigate and mobile friendly. The delivery service is impeccable and reflects the company focuse. I ordered a specialty pizza the "Buffalo Chicken." I also ordered "Stuffed Cheesy Bread" and "Buffalo Hot Wings." The 14" "Buffalo Chicken" pizza lacked in toppings and was upsetting because the flavor and texture of the pizza was desirable. I did not like the "Stuffed Cheesy Bread" or the "Buffalo Hot Wings." The wings had a strange smoked flavor and were unpleasantly soggy and not crispy. Domino's version of "Stuffed Cheesy Bread" was surprisingly unpalatable. I simply did not like the seasoning they use and think if the bread was unseasoned it would be more agreeable.
