My family is new to this area and we've all had issues with this Sonic. Today I took my son to get his lunch here which was a #2 with mustard, ketchup and pickle only, fries, medium coke zero, onion rings and 2 Route 44 Dr. Peppers with Xtra ice. We found no receipt nor were we asked if we wanted a receipt. So that info isn't available. We get home to find fries burnt, onion rings were almost burnt but also were broken up into a couple of strips and underneath were blobs of dough with a small piece or 2 stuck on it. It was disgusting to say the least!other than this visit, we've visited prior and had to wait for insane lengths of time to order and receiving a simple drink when maybe 1 or 2 other cars were there. It also appears that only 1 car hop is to handle order take out. No wonder this place doesn't appear to keep the same car hops employed here long at all. Most importantly is the lack of quality in the foods served here. Leaves to question if the few employees are not proud nor happy to work here. We've ordered drinks with extra ice since there's barely a few ice cubes floating on top which melts quickly causing a watery drink, and a waste of money as it gets dumped out. In the '80's when I was an employee at another Sonic, we had an adequate crew who enjoyed our jobs and delivered good quality products with courteous attitudes and smiles...
Read moreHad a TERRIBLE experience there around 5:30pm to where I do NOT plan on going back. I waited awhile to even have someone say hello through the drive through. I should have left then but eventually someone gets on and says sorry for your wait. I place my order, get up to the window where she takes my cash payment right away of course. Also asked if I wanted my change back. Only then to make my little one and I wait an extremely long time, not to mention the time waited behind one other car in front of me and the car behind me waited so long they just decided to leave. I would have too but already paid so I knock on the window to be ignored then handed what turned out to be cold food. I’m guessing because the drive though line was forgotten about. I had 2 simple grilled cheese burgers and a small tot which was the “special” they’ve been advertising. Tried to call back in which no one would answer the phones there. I’m highly disappointed as Sonic use to be a great place to go but anymore it seems like most locations for Sonic don’t have anything together and kindness is definitely not there. Read moreBeen to this Sonic many times and they've just continually gone downhill. This will likely be the last time we go there. We ordered ahead in the app for two slushes, a large onion ring, and a large mozzarella sticks. We get there roughly five minutes after we submit the order and (after four attempts to find a working drive-in stall) proceed to wait nearly 30 minutes for our order, all the while watching car after car go through the drive through and several others drive up to the stalls, get their orders, and leave. At that point, the order runner comes out to let us know they were out of onion rings and offers us a large tot or fry to replace it. The onion rings are classified a premium side and cost $1.40 more than the regular sides but since that was offered and we were tired of waiting, we took the tots and (finally) left. We start eating the food and the mozzarella sticks were cold as if they'd been sitting in the bag on the counter the entire wait time, and the tots weren't even fresh.
