Placed an order online via the app. $28 for a taco salad, white queso and 2 beef burritos. I was hesitant to order since the price felt high for just 4 items, however decided to give them a try. The app said order would be ready within 20-30 minutes. I arrived for the pickup order 25 minutes later and was told they didn't have an order for me. I clicked on the app and clicked on pending orders/completed orders and nothing showed up. They showed me their screen and they didn't have an order for me. I showed them my bank account which showed a pending debit for $28 and they tried telling me rudely they didn't have an order. I told them clearly something went through since they charged me. OK maybe we caught them on a bad night.. they were packed when we went in. But after we ordered we never spoke to our server again. It was a different server or cook that brought our food to us. He brought us something else that he thought we were missing and… no one after that. No refills. I don’t think I saw him pop his head out from the back area to even check on us from a distance. I think several of the tables by us were just hanging out with no server for however long. It’s been several weeks since this happened.. this was the one and only time I’ve ever been there. I felt like I should leave a review considering my experience there yesterday. This place was totally off my radar when searching for a place to eat with my boyfriend, as we had lost track of time and only started to search for a place to eat around 8pm. When we got in, we realised they were closing within 5 minutes, but seated us anyway! We felt terrible, but the servers treated us very well despite the situation. On top of that, the food was phenomenal! If this wasn’t so out of the way, I’d definitely come here more often.
