Arby's — Restaurant in Oak Harbor

Walked up to the door at 1057 a.m. and it was locked. Website and sign on door both say they open at 1000. We could see a man (employee) eating at a table so I walked up to the window to get his attention. He held up 10 fingers. Confused since it was 1057, I held up 11 fingers and pointed at my phone 's clock. He came to the door and said the dining room didn't open until 1100 and went back inside. We decided we could wait 3 more minutes. At 1102 another car parked next to us and a lady got out. We told her the door was still locked and she got back in her car and drove across the street to McDonald's. At 1105, the employee was still sitting at his table eating. We got in our car and also went to McDonald's. TERRIBLE customer service! It would be nice if the website and door sign's hours were correct, but I can understand being short staffed. However, still not opening the doors 5 minutes after the "new" opening time, WHEN YOU KNOW PEOPLE ARE WAITING, is completely...

I'm not sure what is going on with this place as of late. The building exterior looks like in shambles and the interior is just as bad (from the outside looking in), as they haven't had their dinning room open since I returned to the island. When asked when it will be open again you get a chuckle and a, "when we have more employee's to support" answer. The food is still good but the portions are comical. I hope you like a bread sandwich with a hint of meat on it and that's if they even have what you want to order. Most of the time you get to the order speaker and they are out of roast beef, turkey, etc. and that covers 90% of their menu. The wait times are atrocious as well. My last visit was a total of 27 minutes from start to driving away. I know, I know, I don't have to eat there and there are other options however, I felt the need to share in hopes of some sort of action from the owners. Arby's is amazing and I hope it...

Well, I didn't go to this place but Google seems to think I did. From the outside, it looked like an Arbys. Kinda old, but mostly clean. It didn't look like they had any customers, that's kind of a red flag at dinner time. But since I didn't stop in, I cannot say for sure. I guess they could make it look a little better, maybe get some flowers or circus rides. Maybe I will stop in one day and see what they have to offer. I'm not sure, I will ponder this for a while and decide. I think I would rather go to the Thai place up the street or the Mexican restaurant. I'm sure they are better than Arbys. When I do go there, or if I go there (Arbys) I will let you all know what I think for sure. Thank you Google, for always thinking I'm at places that I pass by, like that adult video store you claimed I was at. Thank you for my almost lost relationship and sleeping on the couch for a week.
