My family & myself went during the very first day of their opening (soft opening) & service was really bumpy & long wait times, which was to be expected since everyone was getting the hang of their jobs!! The food was fantastic though & we ended up enjoying the experience a lot, even with waiting for as long as we had to; we got there about 15 minutes or so before their very first soft opening & it was already wrapped around the building for the line 😭 I believe we didn’t end up getting/being able to be seated before 1:40ish to around 2:00 & wait times for food were long then as well since it was their first day. Myself & my Mom did end up going back again during their second week of soft opening & everything on the menu is available now & definitely worth trying!! We had another croffle as we had the Biscoff one the first go & it was to die for, so we tried the Tiramisu one this time around along with more pho, their chicken wings, & another drink. Boba was much better improved than the first time we tried it, chicken wings are such a fantastic portion size as well as full of flavor & good size wings for the price it is, & pho as well as their drinks are amazing as usual!! Read moreI don’t have much to say about the food as it was delicious, great portions and flavor. What was severely lacking was the service. From the moment we arrived we were not greeted, just asked how many were in our party and then sat. Table did not have waters, when one of the lady’s walked over to fill them she asked us to group all of our waters at the end of the table where she was standing to fill them and then pass them amongst ourselves, which I had never experienced before at any restaurant. She left and then the waitress came and we ordered drinks from him as well as our food, a while later she brought our drinks over and hastily set them on the table and said “here are the drinks read the labels and figure out which one is yours”. We were baffled. We also noticed that she was bussing tables and cleaning seats while also passing out food/drinks which made a few of us very uncomfortable with her handling beverages while also cleaning with no gloves or handwashing in between. Mind you we were sat right as the rush was ending so they weren’t insanely busy at this point. Then the food came and it was insanely good. But the environment just did not feel welcoming at all. Read moreCame for lunch on day 1 of their soft opening. I was very impressed with the food, pho was hot and flavorful and the croffles ended up being my favorite. Also ordered the eggs rolls but they were cold when they arrived at the table. While I enjoyed most of the food, the service was definitely lacking. I anticipated having to wait for a table, but it was much longer than I expected. Arrived at 12:45 but didn’t get seated until 2:45. The waitlist system they are using doesn’t work well for the volume of people and the table turnover was extremely slow. I noticed dirty tables sitting for 15+ minutes before someone came around with a cart and slowly cleared them off. No sense of urgency from almost all of the staff. There were a bunch of empty tables despite the long waitlist and crowd of people waiting to be seated. No water or menus were provided until we asked for them and server was slow to take our orders as they were being written by hand. We didn’t receive all of our drinks until we were mostly done with the food.
