Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Oak Park

Have been trying to order the world class chocolate shake here for the better part of a year and I keep getting given the plain chocolate. Learn the menu or don't work in a place where you can't be bothered to learn it. "World class chocolate" vs "Chocolate". I'm from an english speaking country and it's getting beyond a joke that the teller can't count a few extra syllables and take one look at the menu of the place they work and figure it out.

I honestly can't be bothered to teach you your own menu and it shouldn't take me yelling "world class chocolate milkshake" through my mask for you to get an order right and even when I do shout the order after being asked 4 times what I have ordered it's...

Ordered & paid for a pie ahead of time to be picked up for the upcoming holiday. When I get there the employee rudely says "we dont make that!" She didn't even bother checking the freezer, asking for a name, or consulting with the other employees. I was dumbfounded by the rudeness & left. This was over 2 weeks ago. BR customer service is equally as terrible as I still haven't gotten my money back. Avoid this...

This place use to be great. I don't know what happened tho. They mess up your drink and charge you for it.. Even tho they messed up... On top of that buddy was real sketchy at the drive through window and I really hope he didn't write my card number down... They need to do better or go back to the way it was where they actually listened and knew what to do and how...
