Don’t let the bullet proof glass and location fool you - this Subway provided high quality service and sandwiches! I arrived to pick up three foot-long subs as we were in the area visiting a pastor friend of ours. There were about 4 customers in front of me but the employees worked diligently to assure the wait wasn’t long. The three subs I ordered all were made exactly as ordered and the service was quick and with a smile. I order from this subway twice a week spending around a100.00 a week.i ordered my usual and this time the bread was burned. I ordered 3 footlongs thru Uber. I called too get some compensation and the lady was so non empathetic and with no resolution.I work hard for my money and WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.WHY SHOULD I SPEND MY MONEY AND YOU DO EVEN WANT TOO HEAR THE CONCERNS.TO THE HARD WORKERS FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY. There was a young man that was hard of hearing in front of me. The guy was a little embarrassed because the clerk kept yelling at him. People kept telling the clerk that the young man couldn't hardly hear but he kept yelling at him. Another customer said it best by saying, "just because he's young and has a disability don't mean that you can treat him that way. All young people aren't out here trying to cause problems."
