When I got there the ladies were pleasant. The guy, who I think was the owner, talked to as if I didn’t know what I needed done (wash, blow dry, trim). Another guy did my hair. The blow dryer was too hot to the point where I cringed. He cut at least an inch off my hair so now it looks like he attempted to cut in layer but was unsuccessful. Then while he was straightening my hair one of the ladies came to ask me how I was paying. I responded as the man was twirling the straightener. When he put it on my head he burned his finger and said I moved causing him to burn his finger. I was too scared to move because of how he was twirling the straightener so close to me. He is definitely no Zohan. I wouldn’t come here again. To top it off I have a dry patch from whatever shampoo they used as if it was still residue left behind and he just dried...
