When I got there the ladies were pleasant. The guy, who I think was the owner, talked to as if I didn’t know what I needed done (wash, blow dry, trim). Another guy did my hair. The blow dryer was too hot to the point where I cringed. He cut at least an inch off my hair so now it looks like he attempted to cut in layer but was unsuccessful. Then while he was straightening my hair one of the ladies came to ask me how I was paying. I responded as the man was twirling the straightener. When he put it on my head he burned his finger and said I moved causing him to burn his finger. I was too scared to move because of how he was twirling the straightener so close to me. He is definitely no Zohan. I wouldn’t come here again. To top it off I have a dry patch from whatever shampoo they used as if it was still residue left behind and he just dried...

Horrible experience this was my first time here I had to ask them to put face mask on, they talk all over you and they don’t social distance the lady who washed my hair did a good job but sat me under the dryer then washed her coworker hair without changing her gloves, the lady who styled my hair kept burning me the blow drying was way to hot I kept Flinching and jumping then she burnt my forehead with the dryer then she started flat ironing she burnt my scalp as well I had to straight home to rewatch my hair to get the burnt smell out wasted of money...

I’m so upset. I come here to get a wash n dry for 55$ when they wash blow dry and flat iron my hair today I just wanted a wash no flat iron he still charged me 55$ when it should have been 25$ I’m goin to get my hair done so I didn’t need a flat iron.
