Facts: I order from this location on Dec. 1, 2018. I ordered a DOUBLE Philly Steak for carry out. I paid $4 extra dollars for double! But when I picked up the pizza, I notices that a whole slice didn't have any toppings on it... before leaving the store I mentioned this to the manager. Little did I know he was the owner(but I find this out later), so I asked him if this has double steak on it. He responded with yes! I was confused, I ask him again "How much steak do you put on a double philly steak?" He responded with 4oz!" turns around at the chief and asks How much steak did you put on this pizza?. The chief responds 4oz! So, I asked the chief how much are you supposed to put on a double pizza and the manager responded with 4oz. Again, I ask the chief how much is a double philly? He finally responded with "I was told my the owner to put 4oz". After arguing for a minute I walked out. Investigation: So be being so dumbfounded and in disbelief, My coworkers and I called the four surrounding locations to ask the same questions we asked while I was at that location. Every store we call responded with "a standard philly steak pizza gets 4oz and a double is 7-8oz!" So BAM! We got our answer! A few minutes after we find all this information out we get a call from the General Manager Andrew. He CONFIRMS everything I just said, and is letting me know that the person I was talking to in the store, the manager, is actually the owner and while he's at the store that the employees have to do this the way he wants them to! So the "manager" I was talking to was actually the owner and his name is farris. Conclusion: This store is a scam that takes their customers' money and doesn't provide them what they paid. After everything is said and done(me reaching out to corporate), a driver comes to delivery my pizza and lets me know that the owners was to talk to me after I called corporate... Everything that is happening in that store is wrong and the owner knows it, but he's just looking to increase his profit margins.... At the end of the day, the location is trash not because of the store but because of the owner. And if the owner really wants to reach out to me and apologize, he has my number but I am not going out of MY WAY to call him. TO OWNER: If you are reading this I hope you take everything I have said to account. You have my phone number and if you want to reach out and talk to me you can, but please don't put your employee in the middle of this because they have nothing to do with this. Don't send your employees' here to give me your number. You need to MAN UP and call me. You now have multiple ways of reaching out to me and the ball is now in your court.

Read moreTonight @10PM-8/14/16 I received the worse service ever by this location, and the most crazy part is, the bad service came from their so called "manager". He was extremely upset that he had to deliver orders this night, stated to me, he don't deliver pizza, nor does he deliver to the door of the residence. I never heard that in my life. On top of being 2hrs late, attitude at my door, asked to see my I.D. and CC. I showed it to him. He called to the store to check my order went through. I told him, if my order didn't go through, you wouldn't have made it, so why am I still standing here waiting on my food even longer. He wanted to give me a hard time over my order. After verifying my order by phone, he handed me my receipt to sign for my order, I took pen and receipt, but i wanted to see my order prior to signing, he gave me hard time told me i had to sign receipt first before seeing what i jst paid for prior to leaving the store smh...I think i have the right to view it before signing right? Making sure all is there. Not this manager at this store. He walked off with my food, and told me basically stick it up my ass, i will cancel your order. I followed him to get my order, i was really upset that he would give a paying customer a hard time like this. I told him i would not be order from his location for a while. I received better service from the regular pizza delivery guys than from him. So he gives me my order after chasing him down the hall for our food. He still tells me, I need to sign the receipt before he can show me my food. I'm totally disgusted and can't believe this service. So I go ahead and signs the receipt to get my food looked at. He leaves. Next thing I know, I didn't have all my order!!! My Sprite I paid for and ordered online with my order, WAS NOT IN MY ORDER!!! Read moreThis location has absolutely HORRIBLE service. They gave me the worst experience I've ever had. Long story short, I ended up not evem getting the pizza that I called in 30min ahead of time. Here's what happened: I called an order in for takeout, and upon arriving, the "manager" informed me that my order was messed up, saying that they put in a medium instead of a large. I did not get mad, I just simply stated that I'd wait while they put in the correct pizza order for me (2 Large 2-topping pizzas). The fact that that was the promotion at the time, I don't even know how they could mistakenly put in medium pizzas. But who am I to judge. Anyway, I waited around for another 30min hoping that this time my pizza order would be correct this time. I was literally standing inside the place for a half hour. No one checked on me or informed me how much longer the order would be. So I decided to walk up to the register and ask one of the workers if my pizza's were ready. The cashier, along with the other 7+ workers all looked dumb founded, and then said that my pizza's were never put in the oven. Wooowww!
So I was really hoping someone, maybe the "manager", would somehow empathize with me this time, maybe show a little bit of good customer service and offer me a free voucher or give me a free pizza for having wasted my time and forgetting all about me and my order. All she offered was $6 off toward my next purchase. Woooowwwww! Like, you seriously think I'm gonna be coming back again for an order in the future?
