Okay, here we go. This was my first time at the nine mile oak Park location, I've been to the Detroit Highland Park next to the Henry ford hospital and also the one on EIGHT mile and Dequinder, both ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS🎊🎈🎉🥂 VERY WELL MADE. Have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER to these locations for over 10 YEARS. Anyway, getting back to Oak Park location. I ordered SQUARE SMALL PIZZA WITH BUTTER PARMESAN CRESS.... "The WORKS" with EXTRA CHEESE and ADD PINEAPPLE. AND a side of windings. I counted 10 small pieces of pineapple scattered over the entire pizza. It did not seem to be extra cheese.🍕🧐 The works come with various MEATS and VEGETABLE TOPPINGS. Just to end this up, it was VERY SKIMPIE. VERY, VERY SKIMPY, what LITTLE MEAT there was, was HARD to the TASTE and to TOP it off, how can a pizza be DRY? Maybe it was overcooked I was very DISAPPOINTED. will not be returning maybe they had extra help for New Year's EVE, Because that's when I ordered, 4:15 P.M. Sent my husband to pickup a pizza, he had a visa debit giftcard for 25.00 to pay for the pizza, which was declined, they told my husband for insufficient funds, fowhich he didn't argue with him, so he just paid with his own credit card. The total bill on his credit card was only 20.92, but they didn't tell him, was they put a charge for a tip of 4.18 which would of made it 25.10. So that's why it was declined. I called the credit card company and thats how I found out, they never informed my husband of the tip charge. So I called up to papa's pizza to ask why they didn't inform my husband and Tony the person who answered the phone was so ruled arguing with me telling me they don't charge tips. I'm telling him what the lady at the credit card company told me, I couldn't make it up I'm just relaying what she said. He so rude I hade to hang up on him. I even asked for the Mgr he told me he wouldn't be in until Monday. I will never go to this pizza place again. Bad customer service shame on Tony...... this was a...

Ordered a well done large square pizza and BBQ wings. The wings had about 1/4” of sauce at the bottom of the container making the wings mushy like they’d been sitting in water. The pizza wasn’t even cooked completely let alone well done. Called the store to request a remake and they offered me 25% off my next order, like I would really go back if they didn’t correct my $40 order they destroyed. Then when I asked for a re-make the manager told me the food wasn’t bad and argued about the quality of it. Horrible experience and response by the staff, just lost a long time customer. There are too many other pizza options in Southfield 🤷🏽‍♂️
