Burger King — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

This Burguer King closes The Doors at 9 p.m There's was 3 Times that I went There around 8:40 and 8:45 The Doors were closed. The 3rd time I went front doors were Closed so I decided To a pictures of The Store Hours because I was Going to call Corporate And Send Them the Pic Of Store Hours with The Time That I Got there for Proove. Yes You're probably going to say why didn't I just Go In The Drive thrue?!! Why?? Because I don't Have A Vehicle! And I can't Just walk through there because they are not going to serve me. The First 2 times It happend I was on My way to work On The Links Bus. On Sundays On Semoran I have to wait for like 50 mins for the Next Bus So It was around 8;45 and the Doors closed, I was upset cause I was hungry but let it pass, same thing happened on the 2nd Ocassion, doors closed at 8;45 this got me more Upset (The 3 times were going to be take out because I Know That by 8:45 and by the time I would have gotten my Food it was going to be 9) And The Third Time The Night I TOOK the pic to make a complain with Corporate And there was 3 employees at the Lobby, 2 of them just sitting Down and 1 of them who was already Mopping the floor at 8;45 when they are supposed to Closed doors at 9!!! Ohh Boy this time I was Really really Upset because this was on a Friday which is my day off and the only day out of the week that I don't Cook and To go and take the Bus Just to go to BK and To get there and Find it Closed that was the last Strike. So They all saw me when I was taking a picture because of The Flash and The Girl that was moppy The Floor open the Door, She was an Assistant Manager and Told me to Go through The Drive thru and I told her I didn't have a car and Told her That this was the 3rd Time that Ivey come to the store around 8:45 and the doors are Lock. She got me really Upset because she was being Rude. I ask her why are you guys closing the store Before 9?? Her answer was that they were Short Staff and That if I had a Complaint to Call The District Manager And told me his name and to tell Him to Hire more Staff, at this time we were back and forty and the 2 others staff that were sitting down came running to the door because She was Screaming At me and Maybe They thought I was going to do something but I was already walking. WORST BURGER KING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from Uber Eats to pick up an order at this location on 07/23/21 at 9:50pm. I drove to the location and I arrived at 9:55pm. The front door was locked and they have driver instructions for pick up on the Uber Eats directing to the drive thru. I pulled in and called for someone after 5 minutes waiting at the entrance by the fist stop, nobody answered then I drove towards the first window. I checked on Goggle and it showed “open store”… One young girl was at the computer by the front counter, I honked, she saw me and waived to me and walked to their kitchen in the back. After waiting for 15 minutes by the window, I honked again and I couldn’t see anybody form my car. I opened the car door and I stood by the window and I saw 2 employees in the back kitchen. I knocked the window for 5 minutes and they pretended I wasn’t there. Considering that I was working I was concerned about the person who was expecting their food and I did not just canceled the trip. Because if it was for me, I would never spend that time. Then, one of the employees showed up, opened the windows and screamed at me: “WE ARE CLOSED!” I said: I am sorry ma’am, I have an Uber Eats pick up and the Google said you guys are open until midnight, I have instructions to drive thru the drive thru. She start yelling at me in Spanish!!!! Very rude way!!! I was so frustrated. It was just like, bizarrely unnecessary and unprofessional behavior. I feel sorry for the management at...

When we went here for lunch there was people eating and having a good ole time in the dinning area and my daughter asked if we can eat in the dinning area and the worker said it's closed because of COVID-19 and they are workers. I knew that they weren't because of the way they were dressed, they were just hanging out with their friend that works there. I said fine we'll just get it to go then, no big deal. We ordered our food, paid and then the worker then said what would we like to drink and I said diet Coke, the worker looked at me strange and gave me a smug smirk smile and said the only thing that I could get was sweet tea, orange soda or 7-up. I said I'm a diabetic and I can't drink that, again he gave me a smirk smile like it was funny. I said fine just give us the food and my daughter got a flat 7UP to drink. We got our meals and started to leave and I looked back at them inside and they were all laughing and looking at us. We went to McDonald's for drinks and eat our food which was almost cold by that time and low and behold the hamburgers were not even cooked all the way through, totally pink inside. This is the third if not fourth Burger King in this area that is completely ran poorly, the service and food is aweful and should be either changed or closed.
