They are not clear about their prices at all. The ladies at the entrance were extremely rude for no reason.

When we parked the person who charged us (20 Dollars to park on a public parking space) told us that the cover was 15 dollars. When we got to the entrance the lady told us that it would be 20 if we were on the list and 25 if we were not. When we said that the person from parking told us that it was 15 they insisted that we must have misunderstood as it has always been 25 if you’re not on the list. When my friend went to pay one of the ladies told the other one to charge her 29 (in Spanish), fortunately my friend knows Spanish and heard it. When she asked what that was about, they ended up charging her 27 instead because of tax. When my friend ask why would they get charged for tax on a cover the lady rudely replied with “when you go to McDonald’s and buy something that is 5 dollars they don’t charge you 5 do they? They charge you 5.50, is the same here”. After that when I asked why they were being so rude about it they said that this charge was only if you paid with card, and that if we had paid with cash it would have been 25 (I think this was mainly because they realized that I spoke Spanish and had understood how they were still talking badly about my friend even after she had entered and was out of their way). I could tell they were trying to overcharge people who didn’t speak Spanish which I thought was rude and very weird considering the club is in Orlando. I expect this type of rudeness in Cancún or somewhere like that, but definitely not in Orlando, FL. Overall I would not recommend going there just for how troublesome and confusing purchasing the cover was. My friends like the DJ but I didn’t because it was a lot of house music mixed...

I am very upset and disappointed with the clubs integrity and dishonesty towards their clientele. I took my daughter for her 18th birthday with a couple of friends. We were told that we would only be charged $83.00 and that would mean standing not sitting vip or around the dance floor but we could stand around the smallest tables near the bar for this price $83.00. When I gave my debit card to the young lady who took care of us she charged me $256.00, when I approached her about it she said that this was not the actual amount it’s just a pending hold, I asked her for a receipt and she did not have one for me unfortunately she ran out of paper. I waited about a week maybe two weeks to see if they would put my money they owed me back in my account before disputing it through the bank. I called and spoke to a lady at the number provided online explained the situation and she said I would receive a callback two more weeks went by and no callback. It was now June and so I disputed it through my bank. After two more weeks they denied my case because the clubs integrity to pull videos and see what truly happened that night instead they want to play games with peoples money and over charge them for tables. I recently called again and nothing. I am getting in contact with media news and camping outside until a manager calls me to discuss the amount of $173.11 that they owe me for that night.
