I usually love coming here because the bread is very good, but the customer service today was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were two young women working, both with their hair pulled back in ponytails. After I paid for my order, the cashier handed me my card without saying anythin no confirmation that my payment went through, no acknowledgment that the transaction was complete, and no “Have a great day.” She just moved on to the next person and it was NOT that crowded. A business can’t be great without great employees, and unfortunately, her attitude was unacceptable. I even said, “You could have at least said have a great day,” because being polite is part of good customer service right?. Instead, I was ignored. I ordered 3 dozen patties for my son graduation. When I got there, they had just put the patties in the oven and she told me 10 minutes, it would be ready. The lady was kind enough to come to my car, to let me know the patties were good. I did not open the packaging bcuz she had it all tied up in 3 bags. When I got home and open the pans that the patties came in. These patties were burnt and tasted awful. I tried calling several times to complain about horrible these patties were, and no one has pick up my call. Never will I ever come and purchase patties from this place again.
