McDonald's — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I give it a 3 star because I go there all the time, majority of the times I go, everything goes well and I get my order exactly how I want it. But times like today, where I had to wait for the cashier to stop looking at her phone, is not cool. I then also had to wait for my order, and when it finally came out, they didn't give me the drink I ordered, and didn't even notice until I got home and looked at the receipt to make sure I wasn't crazy since I know I ordered one. Not only that, but another day, I ordered chicken nuggets, and told them the sauce I wanted, and when I went to get my order, there werent any in the bag, so I waited for around 5 minutes for someone to come to the window and say rudely, "Next time, say it in your order." Before I could show her the receipt where it clearly says it, she slammed the window and left. My mom wanted to get out of the car and curse her out so bad, but I told her not to cause she was probably just having a bad day. Regardless, 3 stars. My children wanted this so we chose this location and the manager is RUDE as heck! When I’m spending nearly $40 for a FAST FOOD MEAL, the LEAST she can do is be courteous when I ask for a simple request (well-done fries). Instead, when I pulled up to grab drinks I OVERHEARD her say to the other employee at the window to “let her pull around when it’s not right!” What in the heck??? This person doesn’t deserve a job dealing with proooe when she’s so MISERABLE and on top of it, it’s the holidays! This was a TREAT for MY kids they don’t get all the time! I will add more to my review once I get it all as I’m sitting here waiting and waiting for the food. Rude managers(except two) & early a.m. porter. Orders messed up. Has a 24 hour lobby, you can buy their food & drink, but can't use bathroom (they keep it locked from about 9/10pm til 6am??!).. They have one particular manager, light brown skinned, tall, with corn rows that went straight back & an island speaking dialect-accent..RUDE..EVEN W/HER STAFF. Hopefully, they'll shake the tree, let the rotten apples fall out & replant fresh fruit to grow on their tree. Manager named Markita is pleasant & professional. Also, a guy named "Lukra" or something similar, is a very nice guy & knows how to treat & talk to people. Crew member Rayshon, I believe is his name, a gem of an employee!
