I've been going to this papa Murphy's for about 5 years now and have always loved the welcome we received and the great products that we got... We would go there almost 3 times a week for a family of 5, it was a little pricey but always worth it... Well that was until this last month, the employees are not very welcoming they barely speak to you let alone the last few times we ordered pizzas they were gross, the veggies were old tasting and the salads tasted like they had been day out over night... why would you sell someone bad food and think that's okay. I thought maybe because there were a lot of new people there is give them another chance. Well that was until I met Kristen the supposed manager of this Store or at least in charge. She was rude, and when I was yelling her about the last experience that I had, she basically told me who cares were not the old team we do things the way we wanna do them and they couldn't care less if they had me as a customer or not. So as of me and my friends and family will never go back to this papa Murphy's or any other one for that matter, and I will tell everyone who asks about that store not to go there either , unless they want an over priced, rotten pizza made by rude, unwelcoming people. Read moreOrdinarily, this Papa Murphy's is great. They (usually) have friendly staff and it's (usually) a quick and easy dinner. Tonight's order with them, however, really has me questioning if I want to come back. The service was sub-par. The person named Amy really needs to step up. Going through mechanically and telling each customer that it will be 20 minutes without checking, and then finding out that the pizzas we called in have been sitting there the whole time was not a pleasant experience. I'm absolutely sure it would have not been noticed for another 20 minutes (which we had already waited 40 minutes after calling the order in 😒)had a customer not spoken up, prompting Amy to check, and then Amy has the audacity to ask if we have already paid... Even the customer waiting answered yes in unison. That's just horribly sad when a customer knows and you don't... Witnessing a mess up on the part of the staff and having them tell the customer she will have to be re-rung up was ridiculous, and then the poor customer had to wait loooonnnngggeeerrrr. Not only did he take the time to prepare it, but he did it all with a smile and an upbeat attitude that made me feel truly valued as a customer.
