Krystal — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

As of November staff doesn't care at all what you get or if you get your food right, I came at night and ordered the 24 cheese Krystal's and two Dr peppers, wait time was 8 minutes with no cars in the line. I asked for my sandwiches to be plain (meat and cheese only) I checked the bag and they were all cheese less and full of onions.

So I turned back around and came back through the line

The same lady on the intercom said it was not order as plain and started getting an attitude for me telling her there is a problem with my order. Printed on my receipt clearly said plain cheese Krystal's. I pulled up and she "had a fix for it immediately when previously it took 8 minutes"

I opened the bag and it was 12 instead of 24 sandwiches and they were the exact same messed up sandwiches. She closed the store 2 hours early right after screwing my food up twice.

I will never be going back to this Krystal's and I warn others not to as well as staff does not care.

P.S this was my first and last time going to a krystals

Just went thru the drive thru, ordered 4 double Krystal's with cheese, 8 chicks, 2 chocolate shakes (1 no whip cream) & 1 vanilla. I live less than half a mile away. When I got home, everything was COLD (buns not even steamed & they feel stale), the shakes were not thick, the 2 chocolate ones were not mixed well at all (really disappointed with the shakes. I only buy them from here, the chocolate shakes actually tastes like CHOCOLATE, I usually brag on their Shakes for being thick and chocolaty, not today!!! The cups were NOT even filled to the fill line, what's up with that???) Granted it's 30° outside, tonight, but the heat in my vehicle was full blast on the floor where I had the bag of food, the shakes were in the seat with no direct heat. Today's visit wasn't a great one, but it's also not the norm for this location. Day shift is definitely better than night shift when going thru the drive thru,...

Just went there today January 19 2017 they didn't acknowledge me ( 3 employees) until the manager finally spoke up. Then I get back to work literally 3 mins away the food looked disgusting the chilli cheese dogs looked like they place the dogs in on the buns plain and just poured the chilli in random spots chilli wasn't mixed the red coloring (which is expected to an extent) was all over the place the chilli was everywhere so was the cheese like they had been dropped on the floor and picked back up in the box!!!!! The chilli cheese fries were the same except it was like the fries were cooked on Tuesday. I havecalled non stop for 20 mins back to back to back with no answer except a couple pick up and hang ups.extremely disappointed we order from krystals everyday either breakfast or lunch...
