I am not happy with my experience here. Honestly I never write bad reviews but, I went there and ordered 3 burgers and 3 fries but apparently the cashier did not realize what I had asked for including that I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which ended up not having cheese. I waited patiently for over 20 minutes for my food, when I went out to my car I realized that I only received one fry. I looked at my receipt to find there was only one listed. I went back in and asked them nicely if they could please get me two more fries which I would pay for but that I would not have to wait 20 more minutes as I did not want my food to get soggy. The new cashier recognized that I was there before and asked the cooks if they could please get my fries a little quicker. Which I understand they are busy but they have people ordering burgers with their fries which are not always ready, they could squeeze fries in between. They said that they would get them out as quickly as they could. After waiting about 10 minutes and 7 orders went out I realized that I was not going to get them anytime soon so I went out to my car to grab my previous order so it wouldn’t end up not only horribly soggy but also cold. I came back and stood there waiting through 5 to 6 more orders. By this time I was in tears and the guy asks me if I was waiting for something...no I am just standing here with tears in my eyes for no reason... I said yes I am waiting for fries and he says what fries walks back and says oh these ones and then gives them to me...well no my $45+ order is soggy and gross I can’t even finish it and my dog is going to get my burger. I will more than likely never go back there...

Food: Flavor was spot on. I wasn't planning on eating so many fries though but I suppose that is a testament to how much better fresh fries taste compared to their precut brethren. Outside of making a burger on a grill at home, I'm probably not going to find a better tasting sandwich of that kind.
Service: Everybody did what they needed to do and nobody looked disgruntled so I'll count that as a win. I'm very certain that the layout of the kitchen having no barrier between the f.o.h. and b.o.h. plays a roll in this.
Atmosphere: It was clean enough considering we came in at the tail end of dinner. Bathrooms were acceptable as well. There is a stylistic choice to have everything look and feel plastic-y and it cheapens the experience but, to give credit where it is due, it does provide a memorable setting that customers can associate with the business.
I want to also add that while I'd be okay bringing my daughter to this restaurant, there is very strong lighting which may prove overstimulating.
Will we go back? Probably. Will we order fewer fries? Definitely, we could have just shared one.
Criticisms:
Price. The food is good but should burgers for two people run 40.00? No, no it shouldn't.
Five Guys tries to have this 50's diner feel without being a 50's diner. Booths and/or a counter dining area would give their aesthetic more tooth.
Positives:
Toppings are free.

My first experience at Five Guys was in Florida and was wonderful. Fries so crispy and delicious. Then I decided to visit this one in my neighboring state. After my first visit I was second guessing if this was the actual chain I went to in Florida. The fries were soggy and down right gross having paid money for them and coming from a restaurant.
Considering this location is quick stop near where I travel on occasion I gave this location the benefit of the doubt, 4 more times. The results where different in no way. Still GROSS & SOGGY.
I have been to a few other locations in other states after this. The first one I visited after my five horrific fry experiences at this location(first world problems) informed me, “it is because they are not cooking them properly”. They had informed me, “there is a ‘two fry’ method that is a necessary part of how Five Guys cooks our fries.” They continued, “If they are soggy, the cook has not been trained properly or are taking short cuts.”
I’ve now been to multiple locations in many cities and none have skipped the second fry to ensure they are cooked properly. And the fries at all the other locations are amazing!
At current moment. If you’re looking for good quality crispy fries. Go elsewhere. At least to...
