Starbucks — Restaurant in Oakdale

I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years. And before today I would have given this location a 5. Today was experience that I would not expect. I set by their counter watching drinks stack up because the person wasn’t loud enough calling names. I barely heard her and I was setting across from the counter. She put a drink up and had to ask to repeat her self. So As I was waiting, I try to be helpful by stating the names I heard to those who were confused to which was their drinks. I later walked over to ask cashier to if one of the drinks set off from her register was my drink. She told me they were mobile orders and walk-in on the far counter. So I walked back over to see a gentleman touching and breathing on the top of the cup where we place our mouths on. Just to see what name was on it. This didn’t set well with me and told the young that I did not hear her. She stated as she walked away“ I called your name”. I in return said it wasn’t loud enough. She then said excuse me. And I repeated myself and said not loud enough. I went to the cashier and expressed how uncomfortable I was about the gentleman touching and breathing all over the top of my cup. I ask for a remake. Cashier went back to the young ladies to remake my drink. About 5 to 7 minutes I was called. I was already running late. So I grab my drink and said thank you. About half way to Escalon and had already started drinking. I noticed that I actually received the same cup back and with the same time stamp sticker on the cup. This store used to be managed so much better. The cleanliness of this store is lacking. Last night my husband and I went there to kill time while waiting for the kids. The floor was so sticky where you order my shoes were sticking to it. The barista apologized. It was clear something was spilled but in the hour we sat there during the 6pm hour, not one employee grabbed a hot bucket of soapy water to clean it. If the store was busy…I’d understand, if this was a rare event, I’d give them a pass but it seems every time I’ve come here in the last year the store is dirty, whether it’s the floor or the tables. It makes me question the clean of the backend of the store. It’s also not a welcoming environment and the music was obnoxiously loud limiting one’s ability to hold a meaningful conversation without have to ask about repeating words. I used to love going to Starbucks and it was one of my favorite places to go,but the last two times when I went there one of the girls that work there was super rude.I can't wear a mask due to my condition,first time I went there she rudely give me a mask,with out even saying anything,and the last time I went she went to far.I almost always order ahead and when I went in to get my drink she grab it from my hand when I was picking it up and said that I need to wait outside for her to bring me the drink.
