Ben's Fast Food — Restaurant in Oakland

I had a terrible experience at Ben’s Fast Food in Oakland. After placing my order, I received a message saying it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, they asked me to check in, only to tell me they were just starting to prepare my order. This process took an additional 15 minutes.

It was incredibly disappointing because I had already waited 20 minutes before arriving, trusting that my food was ready as stated in the message. Instead, my time was completely wasted. I called customer service to cancel the order, but they said they couldn’t cancel it, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

I just discovered this GEM 💎✨ I was looking for a salad around Fruitvale and Ben’s Fast Food popped up in my search, it almost seemed to good to be true: healthy, balanced, fresh food and affordable??!! Between the chicken mixed bowl and a cup of the dark chocolate cashew pudding I paid $14.22 with taxes. A few minutes after putting my order I got the notification that my food was ready for pick up. Parking was easy and my order was perfect: fresh, pickled, and steamed veggies, grains, tender and flavorful chicken and a creamy lemon thyme dressing. The pudding is decadent! I had a frustrating experience with Ben’s Fast Food in Oakland. I placed an order after seeing on Google Maps that the location was marked as open. I received a message saying my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, the store was closed. I was told it wouldn’t open until 10 AM, so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food.
