Restaurant Depot/ Jetro — Restaurant in Oakland

DONT COME HERE! DONT COME HERE! I got here 3 hours before my appointment to delivery 8 pallets of beef, they told to come back a 18:00 PM since my appointment is for 18:30 PM

I check-in a 18:15 PM with this guy Caesar, lil short man with short man issues, this guy took my paperwork and told me to wait on my truck, by 22:00 PM he came to my truck and when he see me who I was, I felt discriminated for this guy, because he told me to wait one minute and he walk to speak with another driver and then he took another truck to unloaded, I saw everything, by 02:00 AM he came again to my truck and told to try check-in again with the people in morning shift, he’s not goona take me because he’s going home.

Then he kick me out from facility, now I’m waiting here in front of the facility to try check-in again in the morning.

I don’t know what kind of business is the Restaurant Depot, to hire a stupid lazy people that they don’t want to work, that’s why California is getting worse and worse, if the people don’t want to work find another job and try to live happy, but I see this guy Caesar with his attitude, he’s not happy working here, is the kind of people trying to live in a city that he can’t afford to.

Jetro is like the Costco version of restaurant. Here, restaurant owners can buy loads of food supplies to prepare food for customers. It’s a huge warehouse and you probably can find mostly essentials.

The membership is free to get, but leave them to restaurant owners since they and their employees have to be cooking up hours and hours, which will end up food products being used by a lot. They may want your information about your business to prove that you’re a restaurant owner.

Maybe this place is not just for them but for also other non-restaurant businesses that mostly need those type of supplies. If you don’t feel that Costco or other similar places don’t give you enough to maintain your business, then this is a good place to go to since quantity or even quality amount is much...

I am a driver got here at 11:30 a.m. they said receiving doesn't start taking people till 2:30 or 3:00 checked in at 2:30 docked at 2:45 it is now 6:45 p.m. and we are still here I had a delivery by 7:00 p.m. in San Francisco not going to make that one now the man is very very rude he has curly hair I believe he is a shift lead went in there to see what is going on and all they're doing is walking around they said they were going to unload us and we still aren't unloaded they told us to close the doors and wait outside if we didn't like it asked for our paperwork and they said no they are not giving us our paperwork back this man is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever does not even let us use...
